We kindly ask you to conform to our houserules:
- Do not exceed the number of people allowed (maximum 4 people allowed)
- Please respect check-in and check-out times (14:00 PM and 10:00 AM)
- Do not make noise during sleeping hours and do not disturb the neighbours
- We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to us before checking out
- We do not allow animals
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property
- No parties, drugs or events are allowed
- Please park your vehicle in the designated space
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times
- Please double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices (including the air conditioning) before you go out
- Our apartment is not suitable for toddlers and children under 7
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture
- Please do your dishes
- Please take the trash out before you leave
